【Abstract】 Objective To improve the experimental methods for observing mouse gastric emptying (GE) and small intestine propulsion (SIP). Method The black semisolid nutrient paste was intragastrically given to the mice and GE and SIP were detected at the same time. Results The results showed that improved the effects of drugs on GE and SIP could be observed at the same time. Conclusion The method can well reflect the effects of drugs on GE and SIP, decrease the consumption of the animal and increase the efficiency of experiment.更多还原
