电针晚孕大鼠合谷、三阴交穴对子宫收缩活动的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨电针晚孕大鼠合谷、三阴交穴对子宫收缩活动的影响。方法 选健康成年Wistar大鼠 36只 ,分正常对照组、模型对照组、合谷组、三阴交组、合谷加三阴交组 (除正常对照组外 ,余全部为晚孕大鼠 )。以子宫收缩强度、子宫收缩频率和子宫收缩力为观察指标。结果 电针合谷穴对子宫收缩的作用是持久而渐进的 ,并表现出较强的针刺后效应 ;而电针三阴交穴对子宫的作用表现为即时性 ;并且发现同时电针二穴不利于各自作用的发挥。结论 针刺合谷、三阴交穴对子宫收缩的影响不尽相同 ,提示针刺合谷、三阴交穴引产催产应按顺序取穴 ,即先取合谷穴 ,再针三阴交穴

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects on uterine contraction of puncturing hegu and sanyinjiao with electric needles in rats in pregnancy at late stage. Method 36 healthy adult Wistar rats were divided into normal control group, model control group, hegu group, sanyinjiao group, and hegu plus sanyinjiao group (except for those in the normal control group, all rats were in pregnancy at late stage); the intensity, frequency and strength of uterine contraction were used as the criteria in the observation. Results The effects of puncturing hegu with electric needles were persistent in a progressive manner, showing a rather strong aftereffect while the effects of puncturing sanyinjiao were only instant. At the same time, it was found that simultaneously puncturing hegu and sanyinjiao was not good for the two acupoints to exert their respective effects. Conclusion On the uterine contraction, the effects of puncturing hegu are not all as same as those of puncturing sanyinjiao, which suggests that when using hegu and sanyinjiao to induce or promote labor, hegu should be punctured first and then, sanyinjiao.
