【摘要】 目的　分析天南星中脂肪酸类成分。方法　应用气相色谱与质谱联用技术 ,对天南星石油醚提取部位的甲酯化合物进行分析。结果　在柱长 30m , 0 2 5mm的DB5MS玻璃毛细管柱 ,载气为He气 ,程序升温的条件下 ,分离得到 10 0个色谱峰。结论　检索NIST质谱库 ,鉴定了其中的 4 1个成分更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the fatty acids in tiannanxing (the Rhizome of Arisaema erubescens). Method GC MS techniques were used to analyze the compounds of methyl ester type in the petroleum ether extract of tiannanxing. Result 100 chromatographic peaks were obtained by separation on the DB5MS glass capillary column, the length of which was 30 m and the diameter of which was 0 25 mm, with He as the carrier gas, at a program controlled temperature. Conclusion Among the 100 chromatographic peaks, 41 components were identified through searching the NIST database.更多还原
