【摘要】 本文针对PL型袋式除尘机组进行技术性能测试及分析 ,得出了除尘机组风量及滤袋阻力随发尘量变化关系回归关联式。测试结果表明 :该除尘机组性能参数达到铭牌标定参数 ,是一种性能较好的袋式除尘设备 ;在实际运行中 ,除尘机组残留压力损失并不停留在某一恒定值 ,而是一次循环比一次循环残留压力损失增加 ,减少残留压力损失是延长布袋使用寿命的关键 ;并针对除尘机组存在的问题进行了分析。更多还原
