【摘要】 上海八万人体育场屋盖特大悬挑钢结构体系气势恢宏,空间尺寸复杂多变。最长悬挑桁架长度为73.5m、重量为80t,安装高度70.6m,为世界第一,屋面采用全膜面。经技术研究和攻关,对结构进行合理分段,优化了节点形式,采用了先进的测量工艺,并研制了特大结构件吊装和运输设备,实现了多机同步作业,空中接力等一系列吊装新工艺,顺利解决了世界第一特长悬挑桁架等大型结构构件的安装,并在膜结构安装方面比国外成熟经验有新的突破。对今后同类建筑的结构安装积累了不少可供借鉴的宝贵经验。

【Abstract】 The Shanghai 80, 000 people stadium features a giant roof with cantilever steel strueture system and complex spatial di mensions. The longest cantilever trass has a length of 73. 5m. a weight of 80t and is mounted to 70. 6m high, which is unprecedented in the world. The roof is full membrane system. During the work, thorough technical study was performed to achieve the target: structure reasonably parted for erection, connections optimized, advanced survey method adopted, and large capacity cranes and transporting equipments specially designed. A series of new hoisting technique are realized such as the multi -machine parallel work and relay in high space, etc. Finally the world longest cantilever truss and other large structure members are successfully erected, and breakthrough in membrane system installation has been achieved. Some valuable installation experiences are summarized and presented here.
