【Abstract】 In this paper considerations dealing with the constitution and implement of the newly issued the Pollutant Discharge Standard of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002) are described. It includes the objects and principles to establish this Standard, the technical content, the scope of application, the classification of controlled pollutants, the standard value and its foundation, the implement of this standard and the environmental benefit analysis. All these might be very helpful to carry out this standard and to environmental evaluation, design, construction and environmental management of urban wastewater treatment plants.更多还原
