气浮+水解酸化+SBR工艺处理屠宰废水

【摘要】 介绍了采用气浮 +水解酸化 +SBR工艺处理屠宰废水的效能及工艺设计、运行管理经验。该工艺具有处理效果好、能耗低、产泥少等特点。在进水COD为 2 70 0mg/L的条件下 ,经过本系统处理 ,平均出水COD均在 70mg/L以下 ,去除率达到 97 4 %以上。

【Abstract】 The process composed of air floatation, hydrolysis acidification and biological SBR was adopted to treat slaughterhouse wastewater. In this paper the design, operation and performance of this facility are presented. This process is effective for pollutant removal and has advantages of low energy consumption and sludge yield. Under normal condition when the inlet COD level of the raw wastewater at 2 700 mg/L, the mean residual COD in effluent will be lower than 70 mg/L. COD removal higher than 97.4% has been obtained.
