高悬浮物矿井水处理工艺设计

【摘要】 在采煤过程中 ,会涌出一定量的矿井水 ,内含有大量的细煤泥等悬浮物 ,需经处理才能外排或利用。针对高庄矿矿井水的特性 ,采用了高效浓缩机、迷宫式斜板沉淀池和压滤机回收煤泥的矿井水处理方案 ,出水SS降至 70mg/L以下 ,符合国家一级排放标准。就此介绍了该处理工艺方案及实践效果 ,并就生活用水资源化方案提出建议

【Abstract】 Mine water welled up with coal cutting contains high concentrated suspended solid. Some mine water treatment process is necessary for its reuse or discharge. In Gaozhuang Mine,the mine water was treated by high effective thickener as primary and then by labyrinth lamella setting basin as secondary, and finally the underflow is dewatered by filtration. The solid concentration of the output supernatant is lower than 70 mg/L, which is enough to meet the guideline of national wastewater discharge standard. In this paper beside the present of mine water treatment process, also a plan on household water reuse is presented.
