催化电解法去除渗滤液中COD和NH3-N的电耗研究
On Power Consumption of Catalyse Electrolytic Removal of COD and NH3-N from Refuse Leachate
【摘要】 研究了电极材料、电极间距、电流密度、单位体积渗滤液所用电极面积等因素对去除渗滤液中COD和NH3-N的电流效率及比电耗的影响 ,结果表明 :用SPR作阳极 ,减小电极间距 ,可降低COD和NH3-N去除的比电耗 ,增加去除速率 ;加大电流密度和单位体积渗滤液所用电极面积 ,有利于提高COD和NH3-N去除的速率 ,但增加了比电耗。
【Abstract】 The impact factors on the specific power consumption and current efficiency of COD and NH 3-N removal , such as the material of electrode, the current density, the gap between electrodes and the specific electrolytic area for electrolyte were studied. The study proved that removal rate increased and the specific power consumption for COD and NH 3-N removals decreased in case of reduced gap between electrodes and adoption of SPR anode. Also higher removals were obtained in case of higher current density and specific electrolytic area, however, the specific power consumption increased at the same time.
