钢纤维高强混凝土冲切板的试验研究
Research on steel fiber high-strength concrete slab subjected to punching shear
【摘要】 为研究钢纤维高强混凝土板的抗冲切性能,对18个不同混凝土强度、钢纤维体积率、板面纵筋配置以及不同冲跨比的配筋混凝土板柱连接体进行了冲切试验,得到板在柱上荷载作用下,挠度、倾角、板面混凝土应变及板内混凝土应变、沿板面纵向钢筋应变等与荷载的关系曲线。研究结果表明,在高强混凝土板柱体系中掺入钢纤维不仅可减小冲切板在各个受力阶段的变形,增大板的能量吸收能力和冲切时强度,更使板冲切破坏的脆性明显降低,板的抗冲切受力性能得到全面改善。并在试验研究的基础上,建立了包含板抗冲切力和抗弯能力的新的极限承载力计算公式,理论值与实测值吻合良好。
【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanical behavior of steel fiber reinforced high s trength concrete slab subjected to punching shear,18slab-column connections were tested.The volume of steel fiber in the concrete slabs varie d from 0to2%.The deflection,ductility,energy absorption and bearing capacity o f punching shear slabs were investig ated and analyzed with the formula for calcul ating punching shear strength of sla bs provided.The test results pointe d out that the steel fiber not only reduced the defo rmations at all stages of loading,en hanced the ultimate loads,but also t ransformed the brittle-type punching shear failures into relatively gradual and ductile failures.Comparison showed g ood agreement between the theoretical values and t he practical results.
