碳纤维布和角钢复合加固轴心受压混凝土柱的试验研究

【摘要】 通过22根加固混凝土方柱(其中12根为素混凝土柱,10根为钢筋混凝土柱)的轴心受压试验,研究了碳纤维布和角钢以及两者复合加固后混凝土柱破坏特征、受力性能和破坏机理。对不同方法加固的混凝土柱的极限承载力、应力-应变关系以及刚度和延性等方面进行了研究与分析。试验结果表明,复合加固混凝土柱充分发挥了碳纤维布和角钢加固混凝土柱的各自优点,使它们能协调工作,共同作用,获得极为优良的力学性能。极限承载力大幅度提高,混凝土柱的延性得到显著的改善,混凝土柱的变形能力大大提高。因此,本文提出的复合加固法具有优良的加固性能,可为工程应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Twenty-two square concrete columns(12reinforced concrete and 10plain c oncrete)strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP)or angle steel and a combination of both subjected to axial compression have been tested.The failure types,performing chara cteristics and confinement mechani sm of the confined columns are demonstrated in details.The influences of ultimate strength,stress-strain relationship,stiffness and ductility of concrete columns strengthened with two different externally bonded materials respectiv ely and a combination of both were researched and analyzed.The test results indicate that the jointly strengthened colum ns exploit the advantages both of the columns strengthened with CFRP and of those s trengthened with angle steel,makin g them work harmonically,and achieving excellent characteristics of mechanics.The ultimate load-bearing cap acity is greatly enlarged with the du ctility of the concrete columns notably improved a nd the deformation ability remarkab ly increased.The method of combination strengthening presented initially in this paper has good strengthening characteristic,and provides a refe rence for engi-neering application.
