电气开关三维CAD系统研究

【摘要】 基于Windows,MDT(机械桌面系统),VC++和3DS软件,开发了电气开关3DCAD系统(以下简称SHCAD)及其装配CAPP,并且整合成一个系统。该系统集成了3D实体造型、模拟装配、自动仿真计算运动系统的力特性、各种接口:UG,Pro E＆solidworks-plus等,以及开关的ACAPP等于一体。

【Abstract】 We developed the electric switch 3DCAD system (SHCAD) and Assembly Computer Aided Process Planning (ACAPP) from the point of integrating view. It runs on windows and was developed in Visual C++ language using Autodesk’s Mechanical Desktop (MDT) and Discreet’s 3ds max software. It Integrates 3D solid modeling and simulating assembly, automatic computing force (or moment) characteristics of moving system, interface design of UG, Pro/E & solidworks-plus and ACAPP (Assembly Computer Aided Process Planning) etc, in ones. By means of software provided by the SHCAD system , so that the design effect and ability can greatly be improved.
