一步法超细复合纤维纺丝及后处理的研究
Study on the spinning and aftertreatment of one step superfine composite fiber
【摘要】 研究了碱溶性聚酯为海,常规聚酯为岛的复合FDY纺制海岛型超细长丝。前者结晶采用流化床加搅拌式;充填塔式干燥,时间比后者长1倍,温度低于140℃;前者纺丝箱体温度为283℃,拉伸卷绕温度比常规FDY低2~5℃,适当加强冷却,油轮上油。该纤维在w(NaOH)=1%,100℃水浴下,70min可溶去全部海相,满足开纤要求。
【Abstract】 The composite FDY islandsinthesea type superfine filament using alkalisoluble PET as sea phase and normal PET as islands phase is studied.The crystallization of the former use fluid bed and stirring type,the dryer is packed dryer,the drying time is longer than that of the latter,the drying temperature is less than 140 ℃.The spinning manifold temperature of the former is 283 ℃ and the drawwinding temperature is lower 2~5 ℃ than FDY,the cooling should be strengthened,finish oil is used.When w(NaOH) is 1%,the water bath temperature is 100 ℃,all the seastate can be dissolved in 70 min,the split requirement of the fiber can be satisfied.
