【摘要】 根据空中交通流量管理发展历史以及已经提出的一些模型和算法,从地面等待策略、终端区流量管理和具有再寻径能力的空中流量管理3个主要研究侧重点进行简要综述。分别讨论了各种情况下的地面等待情况、终端区的不同排序算法以及具有寻径能力流量管理的几种主要模型,比较了各种模型和算法的一些优缺点。介绍了有关空中交通流量管理存在的一些主要问题,提出了一些解决办法,同时还介绍了未来空中交通管理的发展模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 A review about the development of traffic flow management is given in three aspects: ground holding policy, flow management in terminal area and air traffic flow management with enroute capacitiesthrough the historical situations of air traffic flow management and the models and algorithms that have been put forward. At the same time, the performance with these models and algorithms are compared.
