PLD在光栅转矩测量系统中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了一种应用可编程逻辑器件实现信号处理的新型转矩测量系统 ,即光栅转矩测量系统。阐述了可编程逻辑器件PLD的基本原理与特点 ,论述了光栅转矩测量系统转矩测量的基本原理与系统构成 ,研究了可编程逻辑器应用设计中的相关技术问题及系统的实现。设计实践结果表明 :相对于分立器件的实现 ,采用可编程逻辑器件可使系统电路设计简化、性能提高、保密性增强 ,是一种理想的电子电路设计、开发方法。

【Abstract】 A new kind of torque sensor based on simple structure and high measuring accuracy that uses the Programmable Logic Devices to process data sign is introduced, which is called the measuring system of grating torque sensor. Firstly, it explains the principle and characteristic of the programmable logic devices,then it introduces the principle and structure of grating torque sensor,finally it describes the correlative technology of the applied design of the PLD and the realization of this system. According to the results of experiments,the application of the PLD has the simpler structure and the better capability and the better secrecy than those separate elements,which is an ideal electrocircuit design method.
