纳米立德粉的乳状液法合成及其性能研究

【摘要】 用易于工业化生产的乳状液法一步合成出含立方ZnS(直径在15~30nm)和正交BaSO4(直径在60~100nm)的近球形纳米立德粉复合颜料.与市售/自制体相立德粉相比,纳米立德粉的着色力提高了20%/25%,吸油量提高了75%/85%,透明性能明显改善.

【Abstract】 NanoZnSBaSO4 (nanolithopone) was prepared by W/O emulsion. The sizes, morphology and structures of the products were determined by TEM and XRD. Its main properties were compared with those of purchased/ selfpreparation bulk lithopone. The results show that the composite nanoparticles are approximately spherical with diameters of 15~30 nm for cubic ZnS and 60~100 nm for orthorhombic BaSO4. The coloring capacity and the oil absorption of the nanolithopone increases 20%/25% and 75%/85% respectively, and the transparence improves obviously.
