水溶性聚合物对水下施工混凝土性能的影响
Effects of Water Soluble Polymers on Underwater Concrete
【摘要】 就水溶性高聚物,如羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素及聚丙烯酰胺对混凝土的离散性、凝结时间及工作性等的影响进行了研究.结果显示,水溶性高聚物能明显降低混凝土在水下施工时的离散性,提高其强度,缩短初凝时间,延长终凝时间;羟丙基甲基纤维素具有较好的综合性能.
【Abstract】 The effects of water soluble polymers on the properties of underwater concrete were investigated. The polymers used include polyacryamide, methyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl cellulose. The test results show that the addition of the polymers in underwater concrete reduces significantly washout of underwater concrete in water, hence compressive strength of the concrete is much increased. Slump of the concrete is lowered but can be improved by using water reducing agent. Initial setting time is shortened and final setting time is prolonged. Among the polymers tested hydroxypropyl cellulose shows better performances than others.
