基于uClinux的嵌入式数字存储示波器
uClinux Based Embedded Digital Storage Oscilloscope
【摘要】 基于嵌入式uClinux操作系统,使用MotorolaMC68VZ328CPU,设计并实现了一种数字存储示波器。利用两组FIFO构成双体交叉存储器将采集速度提高一倍。在uClinux平台上实现多任务程序运行,用中断方式实现触摸屏控制。系统最大采样频率为40MHz,8bit分辨率,工作电流350mA。具有240×320像素LCD显示并可通过触摸屏控制各种操作。系统具有采集、存储、显示和分析的功能。
【Abstract】 A design of low cost digital storage oscilloscope based on uClinux system, an embedded operating system,is presented. The CPU of system is Motorola MC68VZ328.The design used two FIFO Memory to build a bin-memory module. Multitasking has been realized in the software design.The oscilloscope can work at a maximum sample rate of 40 MHz and an 8-bit resolution. It has a low working current of 350 mA.The system offers the functions of collection, storage,display and analysis.
