精冲件平直度误差模糊检测的研究

【摘要】 给出了一种利用激光束进行金属薄板精冲件平直度误差检测的原理和方法,能有效地解决高速精冲件平直度误差的非接触式在线检测的问题。介绍了该方法微机检测系统的结构、软件设计思想及其模糊算法。根据这一原理所设计的平直度误差检测装置,具有精度高、效率高、适应性强、稳定可靠和操作方便等特点,克服了现有的接触式测量方法的不足。有效地提高了精冲件检测和生产的自动化水平。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a new method using laser beam to detect the tolerance of curvature of the precisely punched parts is presented,it is an effective,non-touched,on-line method for detecting the tolerance of curvature of the precisely punched parts.In addition,the framework of the micro-computer detector,the thinking of application program,and the fuzzy algorithm are also presented.By use of this method,the measuring device has been designed,it has such advantages as high-accuracy,high efficiency,good compatibility,high stability and good conveniency to operating,and get over the fault existing some measuring method at present.Automatic level for the precisely punched parts to be measured and produced is effectively enhanced.
