多功能超声流量检测系统的研制
Study of the Multiple-function Ultrasonic Flow-detecting System
【摘要】 介绍了多功能超声流量检测系统的检测原理、硬件结构 ,分析了检测电路和双MCU数据交换 ,给出了软件设计流程图和抗干扰措施 ,并讨论了超声流量检测误差的主要来源。系统具有实时的流量测量、键盘控制、LCD显示、微型打印及与上位机的数据通信等功能 ,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。
【Abstract】 The detecting principle, the device and design of the hardware of the multi-function ultrasonic flow-detecting system are introduced in this paper. The detecting circuit and the data switching between double MCU are presented,the program flow chart and anti-interference methods are given,and the primary origin of the measurement error is discussed. The system has many real-time functions,such as flow detection, keyboard control,LCD show, miniature prints and communication with the PC. It acquires the good result at actual application.
