空调电控板自动测试诊断技术
Test and Diagnostic Technology for CPU Board of Air Conditioner
【摘要】 介绍了空调电控板自动测试诊断系统的组成及功能,结合该测试诊断系统的实际工作过程具体分析了空调电控板自动测试诊断的原理及有关技术。在空调电控板测试诊断系统中采用了软件信号仿真和硬件信号模拟相结合的设计方法,最后采用多线程、多优先级的编程技术进行实现。该测试诊断系统在实际中的成功应用证明了所用设计方法和编程技术的有效性。
【Abstract】 The architecture and functions of a test and diagnostic system for CPU board of air conditioner are introduced, and the operation theory of this system is analyzed. This system is designed by employing the method of combining signal emulation with signal simulation in addition to multithreading and multi-priority programming technology. The effectiveness of the designing method and programming technology has been proved by the succeed application of the system.
