一种新的压力PID分程控制方法及其应用
New Pressure Step Control Method and Its Application
【摘要】 压力控制在工业生产上具有重要意义 ,论文提出了“OP过零监视”的控制思想 ,即通过将“OP”值范围扩大的办法进行压力PID分程控制。基于该思想可实现用一个PID回路在不降低精度的情况下控制两个调节阀 ,从而节省设备成本。在一套化工生产现场总线自动控制系统中采用该方法进行压力控制 ,压力响应曲线稳定 ,取得良好的控制效果。该方法还可推广到相似对象的控制中。
【Abstract】 Pressure control is important in industrial production , therefore a new step control method so-called Zero OP Oversight which is highly accurate and low cost is given in this paper. The "OP" value is extended so that 2 adjustable valves can be controlled by one PID without losing its accuracy. A set of pressure control system based on this method in chemical production is also given, and the result is satisfactory. This method can be applied to similar control systems.
