论职技高师“双师型”师资队伍建设
On the Build-up of Teacher & Technician-typed Teaching Staff in Vocational Colleges
【摘要】 本文分析了“双师型”师资队伍建设的制约因素,并论述了职技高师“双师型”师资队伍建设的主要途径。
【Abstract】 An analysis is made to some restrictive factors for building up a“teacher & technician-typed”teaching staff.Suggestions are also given in the paper.
