【摘要】 目的　明确旋后肌在肘外侧软组织损害形成中的重要作用 ,以提高治愈率、缩短病程。方法　对 197例患者 (2 4 4肘 )开始均施以痛点注射 (2 4 4肘 )无效者用银质针治疗 (6 7肘 ) ,对 15肘非手术治疗无效而压痛广泛者行手术松解治疗。结果　 197例患者 (2 4 4肘 )得到了半年以上的随访 ,总有效率 97.1% ,治愈率 87.7%。结论　旋后肌损害与本病的发生密切相关 ,只有明确了病变范围后采取针对性的治疗是提高疗效的关键。更多还原
