【摘要】 介绍天津市第三中心医院继续医学教育工作的经验与体会 ,全方位投入 ,自筹资金添置先进教学设施 ,以全员培训、全程管理、全面考核等一整套封闭式继教管理模式 ,开展多种内容和形式的岗位培训、专业培训 ,层层考核 ,择优竞争上岗 ,建立了一支充满生气的医疗队伍 ,使一批学科带头人和跨世纪优秀人才脱颖而出。多方引进新技术、多学科协作 ,加大科技开发 ,新成果用于临床。在肝硬化、肝癌、呼吸衰竭及中毒等危重病的诊治上取得明显疗效 ,提高了医院的经济效益和社会效益更多还原

【Abstract】 The aims of this paper were to introduce continuing medical education(CME) experience and understanding of Tianjin third central hospital,to make every effect to throw in it,and to equipe with advanced educational facilities by fonds raised independently. A variety of content and form post and professional training were provided by a series of closed continuing education administration of all staff training,whole course management and all-round examination et al.A vigorous health worker team was formed by competitive selection,many academic leading example and span-century excellent medical professional emerged.Introduction of new technique in every way,coordination fo multibrounch of learning,enhancing science and technology development,appling new achievement in clinical. Diagnosis and therapy of many critical deseases such as liver cirrhosis ,hepatocellular carcinoma,resperatory failure and poisoning et al gained particularly curative effect,economic benefits and social effect of the hospital were inproved.更多还原
