【Abstract】 Coming with the working practice of CME in the hospital,we believe that ,leader attaching importance to the work of CME and making. necessary amendments to scientific and reasonable instituting is a the presupposition for doing CME well .Perfecting systems and strengthening scientific management is the guarantee of doing CME well. The CME activities with various forms and diversified ways is the foundation of doing CME well. It promotes the building of the hospital in the aspects of medical treatment?teaching?scientific research and subjects.
