【Abstract】 Hospitals have now evolved a more scientific and regulatory way of management on the basis of experiential management. It meets the need of further development of the hospital to foster management personnel and to improve hospital management. With the analysis of the current situation of the management staff in the hospital, it points out the necessity of continuous education, presents ways for training and probes into the various ways for conducting continuous education. It deems that hospitals in future will be study-centered. Continuous education for management staff is the only way to develop and amplify hospital management.更多还原
