三元乙丙橡胶聚集态结构对其复合材料动态力学性能的影响
The effect of EPDM aggregate structures on dynamic mechanical properties of EPDM/Al(OH)3 composites
【摘要】 采用动态力学分析技术分别研究了两种不同聚集态结构三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)对EPDM/Al(OH)3复合材料动态力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,在玻璃化转变过程中,结晶性EPDM比非结晶的动态模量(E′)大,而介质损耗因素(tanδ)、动态粘度(n′)值则小,且峰温移向高温;当Al(OH)3填料浓度相同时,结晶性EPDM与Al(OH)3复合材料的E′大、tanδ峰值小,但在结晶性EPDM与Al(OH)3复合材料中Al(OH)3粒子与EPDM两相间的作用参数(B)较小。
【Abstract】 In this paper, dynamic mechanical analyzing technique was used to study the effects on dynamic mechanical properties of composites by different EPDM aggregate structures .The research result shows that the dynamic mechanical properties of different EPDM aggregate structures are evidently different, and that EPDM aggregate structure greatly affects the dynamic mechanical properties of EPDM/Al(OH)3 composites.In the course of glass transition,the dynamic modulus(E′)of crystalline EPDM is greater and the peak value of dielectric loss tangent(tanδ) is lower than that of amorphous EPDM,meanwhile the peak temperature moves towards higher; With fixed concentration of Al(OH)3 filler, E` of composite made up with crystalline EPDM and Al(OH)3 is greater and the peak value of tanδ is lower than that with amorphous EPDM,but the interaction parameter (B) between crystalline EPDM and Al(OH)3 particles is low in the composite.
