一种基于Web的4CP集成支持系统的体系结构和支撑技术

【摘要】 针对当前企业CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE/PDM(简称 4CP)集成的需求以及传统 4CP集成方式的局限 ,借鉴网络化制造的思想 ,提出了一种解决思路 ,即利用基于Web的 4CP集成支持系统 ,为单独企业以及虚拟企业提供 4CP集成支持 ,并对这样的集成支持系统从体系结构以及支撑技术两个方面进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the current enterprise’s demands for the integration of 4CP (CAD/CAPP/CAM/CAE/PDM) and the limitation of the 4CP integration. Then, a new solution of network manufacturing is presented. A system supporting 4CP integration based on Web is established for single enterprise and virtual enterprise. The architecture and supporting technology of the integration system is also discussed.
