自旋转车刀加工金属纤维时切削参数对纤维力学性能的影响
【摘要】 研究用自旋转车刀加工金属纤维时,切削深度和进给量对纤维力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:纤维的力学性能随着纤维变形系数的减少而提高。
【Abstract】 The effects of the machining depth and the amount of feed on the mechanical properties of the metal fiber to be machined with the self propelled rotary turning tool are researched.The result shows that the mechanical properties of the fiber will be improved with the decreasing of the deformation coefficient.
