【摘要】 目的探讨脑出血血肿穿刺治疗的疗效。方法随机选择有适应症的重症脑出血病例,随机选择两种方法之一行血肿穿刺治疗。结果51例中存活52.74%,均有不同程度的神志恢复肢瘫改善。结论血肿穿刺是治疗脑出血的一种微创手术,选择合适有一定疗效,有待于做更周密的基础、临床研究,以寻找更加完善有效的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clnical effi-cacy of hematoma puncture in intracerebral hemor-rhagic patients.Methods Randomly selecting severely intracerebral hemorrhagic cases that were proper to hematoma puncture.Using auger to drill into brain,then drawing and aspirating the hematoma.Results The survival rate reached to52.74%in51cases.All patients were presented moderate con-sciousness recovery and plegia improvement.Conclusion Hematoma puncture was a tiny-lesion surgery in intracerebral hemorrhagic patients.It will have considerable curative effect if properly se-lected.More comprehensive basic and clinical re-searches should be done,and to find more effective treatment for it.更多还原
