【摘要】 目的 探讨环孢霉素A联合方案治疗骨髓增生异常综合征-难治性贫血(MDS—RA)疗效。方法 对45例MDS—RA应用环抱霉素A、康力龙、维甲酸治疗观察3～6月以上。结果 总有效率73.33％(33/45),基本缓解37.78％(17/45),明显进步22.22％(10/45),进步13.33％(6/45),无效26.67％(13/45)。结论 环孢霉素A联合方案, 对MDS—RA有一定疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic effectiveness of combination with cyclosporin A (CsA) and androgen,all-trans retionic acid (ATRA) in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome refractory anemia (MDS-RA). Methods Forty-five patients with MDS-RA were treated with CsA and androgen, ATRA. Results The overall efficacy and basic remission rate were73.33% and 37.78% , respectively.
