【摘要】 简要介绍了火电厂碎渣机系统的控制特点和要求,给出了用PLC实现该控制要求的方法。系统的硬件由触摸屏和PLC控制器构成,软件由二次开发的触摸屏运行的组态监控软件和PLC运行软件组成,整个控制系统可实现现场手动操作、触摸屏手动操作及全自动控制运行,同时该系统还具有压力及液位参与系统的控制、工作电机在出现各种异常工况下自动处理等功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduced the control point and demand of smash cinder machine system in hot power station.The methods achieved by making use of PLC have been given.The hardware composed of touch panel and PLC controller,software are consisted of configuration manger software and PLC run software.The control system can be used for field handle,touch panel handle and automation control.For others this system has some functions:pressure and liquid level participation system control and the automatic operating if motor has breakdown.更多还原
