【摘要】 目的　探讨经肝动脉、门静脉插管的序贯性化疗在预防肝癌术后复发中的价值。方法　 133例肝癌肝切除术中选择 38例进行肝动脉、门静脉插管和或双插管 ,术后序贯性灌注阿霉素等细胞毒性药物 ,评估其对首次复发时间和第 0 .5、1、2年复发率的影响。结果　导管化疗组无瘤生存期为 ( 9.3± 2 .8)个月 (n =38) ,单纯切除组为 ( 6 .8± 3.9)个月 ;导管化疗组术后 0 .5、1、2年复发率为 10 .5 %、2 1.1%、4 7.4 % ,单纯切除组为 12 .6 %、36 .8%、6 5 .3%。结论　经导管的灌注化疗可以较有效地预防肝癌术后的中远期复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective discuss role of sequential perfusion chemotherapy of transhepatic artery and portal vein to prevent recur of postoperational liver cancer.Method during hepatectomy of 133 cases,38 cases were performed transhepatic or/and portal vein intubation,sequentially infused with cell toxical drugs such as adriamycin,etc.then the influence on first recurrent time and recurrent rate of half?1?2 years were assessed.Results free cancer existing time was(9.3±2.8)months in transcatheter group,(.8±3.9)onths in single resection group,postoperational recurrence rate of 1/2?1?2 years was 10.5%?21.1%?47.4% in transcatheter group,12.6%?36.8%?65.3% in single resection group.Conclusions sequential transcatheter infusion chemotherapy can effectively prevent medium term and long term recurrence of postoperational liver cancer.更多还原
