【摘要】 目的　探讨皮质骨转移瘤的X线诊断、鉴别诊断和可能的转移途径。方法　回顾性分析经病理证实的 7例皮质骨转移瘤X线表现。结果　 6例有皮质骨溶骨性破坏 ,其中 2例皮质的病灶向外穿刺皮质形成软组织肿块 ;2例皮质的病灶向内侵及髓腔 ;2例呈碟形皮质破坏。仅 1例只有骨膜反应而无皮质骨破坏。 7例均有骨膜反应 ,其中 1例为大量的放射状骨针伴有Codman’s三角。结论　皮质骨转移瘤典型X线表现为皮质骨溶骨性破坏 ,尤其是碟形皮质破坏 ,大多有骨膜反应。转移途径为血行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the X ray diagnosis and differential diagnosis of cortical metastatic carcinoma of the skeleton.Methods X ray findings of 7 cases with xortical metastastic carcinoma were retrospectively reviewed.Results X ray finding included melted destruction of the cortical( n =6)with 2 cases associated with soft tissue mass and 2 cases invading marrow space and 2 cases presenting saucer shaped destruction of the cortical,only periosteal reaction without destruction( n =1),and periosteal reaction( n =7)with one case presenting Codman’striangle.Conclusion melted destruction of the cortical,especially saucer shaped with periosteal reaction is the typical manifestation of cortical metastatic carcinoma of the skeleton.更多还原
