【摘要】 目的　探讨羟基磷灰石眼座植入术的远期疗效及并发症的发生。方法　回顾分析HA眼座植入术 2 5 6例 ,并随访观察 3～ 72个月 (平均 2 3个月 )。结果　远期疗效满意、平稳。发现有HA眼座暴露 ,残留上眶区凹陷 ,眼座移位 ,上睑下垂等并发症 ,经处理均获得较好疗效。结论　HA眼座植入远期疗效满意 ,正确的处理可以防止和减轻并发症的发生及其不良后果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the long term efficacy of hydroxyapatite implants and management of its complication.Methods Two hundred fifty six cases treated with intraorbital implantation of hydroxyapatite sphere in the hospital during 1994 to 2002 were reviewed.These patients were observed through following up for 3 to 72 months(average 23 months).Results The long dated curative effect was satisfactory and reposeful.The major postoperative complication included hydroxyapatite implants exposure,migration,residual superior orbit cave,and ptosis,ect.Conclusion The long term curative effect is satisfactory,and the complication and kickback can be prevented and alleviated by appropriated management.更多还原
