【摘要】 目的　探讨香砂六君子汤加减根除小儿幽门螺杆菌的疗效。方法　将 6 6例幽门螺杆菌感染的患儿随机分成两组 :( 1)A组 :34例 ;( 2 )B组 :32例。A组采用香砂六君子汤口服 ;B组采用克拉霉素 +甲硝唑 +雷尼替丁 +米雅利桑爱儿A口服。两组疗程均为 2周。并观察两组患儿的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间。停药 4周后复查胃镜 ,行快速尿素酶试验及血清抗Hp IgG检测。 结果　两组总有效率、临床症状消失时间及Hp根除率 ,经统计学处理 ,均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　香砂六君子汤加减根除小儿幽门螺杆菌疗效与B组 (克拉霉素四联疗法 )相近 ,且价格便宜 ,值得临床进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of the modified Decoction of Cyperus Amomum with Six Noble Ingredients(DCASNI)in the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(HP)in children.Methods Sixty six children with HP infection were randomly divided into two groups (the group of Chinese drugs and the group of chemical drugs).Thirty four cases in the group of Chinese drugs(GCD)were given DCASNI,orally;32 cases in the group of chemical drugs(GCHD)were given orally clarithromycin plus metronidazole,ranitidine and Miyalisang’aier A during the treatment. The improvement time of the children’s symptoms before and after taking drugs(all the treatment for two weeks)were observed.Discontinuous drugs for four weeks later,the children were examined by endoscopy,rapid urease trial and serum anti Hp IgG assay.Results There were not any significant differences of improvement time of the symptoms,the total efficacy rates of the drugs,and the eradication rates of Hp between the two groups( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion The modified DCASNI is good for the eradication of Hp in children and its efficacy was similar to that of GCHD.更多还原
