【摘要】 目的　探讨药物对创伤弧菌感染小鼠肾脏各时段超微结构改变的影响。方法　清洁级ICR小鼠 ( 2 5～ 2 7g) 6 0只 ,分四组 :空白对照和阴性对照各 5只 ,阳性组 2 5只 (分 1、3、6、12h四个时段 )和药物保护组 2 5只 (分 3、6、12h三个时段 )。阴性组腹腔注射灭菌生理盐水 0 .2ml,阳性组与药物保护组腹腔注射 2h增菌液 0 .2ml( 10 5CFU/ml) ,1h后保护组注射联合药物 (氧氟沙星、肝素钠、地塞米松、非那根、间羟胺和多巴胺 )。比较阳性组和保护组小鼠肾脏超微结构 ,同时采取空白对照、阴性对照、阳性对照和保护组血液 37℃过夜培养。结果　阳性组各时段先后出现肾小管上皮细胞内皮细胞扩张、肿胀 ,细胞核固缩浓染 ,线粒体肿胀、嵴模糊或消失 ,微绒毛排列紊乱 ;保护组较之阳性组病变状况明显改善。结论　药物联合保护在一定程度上能改善创伤弧菌所致的肾脏进行性损伤更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study effect of medicine on the kidney ultrastructure at different time of mice infected by Vibrio vulnificus.Methods Sixty clean ICR mice were divided into 4 groups:blank control( n =5),negative control( n =5), positive group( n =25;1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h four phases)and protective group( n =25;3 h,6 h,12 h three phases).Mice of negative control were intraperitioneally injected 0.2 ml physiological saline.Positive group and protective group were injected 0.2 ml(10 5CFU/ml)2 h bacteria suspension by i.p..Protective group was injected combined medicine(including oxfalin, heparini natrici,dexamethasone sodium phosphate,promethazine hydrochloride,metaraminol bitartrate and dopamine hydrochloride).After an hour, positive kidney ultrastructure of different phase was compare with protective group. At the same time,blood of each group was isolated for culture.Results Pathological change of mice kidney induced by Vv took on more aggravate along with time in positive control,while pathological change improved apparently in protective group.Conclusion Combined medicine is helpful to improve kidney pathological change.更多还原
