【摘要】 目的 :阐明肠道恶性间质瘤的临床病理学与免疫表型特征。方法 :收集 10例肠道间质瘤的临床病理资料 ,并进行免疫组化染色 ,标记抗体为CD34、CD117、VIM、S10 0、NSE。结果 :间质瘤的瘤细胞为梭形或上皮样、或二者混合存在 ,常排成束状、车辐状或栅栏状 ,CD34和CD117的阳性率分别为 80 %和 6 0 %。结论 :肠道间质瘤有较为独特的组织学形态 ,CD34和CD117联合使用有利鉴别诊断更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To demonstrate the clinicopathological and immunophenotypical features of intestinal stromal tumor(IST).Methods:10 cases of intestinal stromal tumor were retrospectivel studied.All cases were immunostained using antibodies against CD34,CD117,Vimentin,S100 Protein,NSE.Results:The neoplastic cells of IST were spindle,epithelioid or both in different proportin.The histological spectrum included interlacing fascicles,storiform and palisading pattern.The positivity of CD34 and CD117 were 80%,60%,respectively.Conclusion:The characteristic histological features exist in IST.The detection of CD34 and CD117 is helpful to differential diagnosis.更多还原
