喉部肿瘤CT仿真内窥镜与纤维喉镜的对比研究

【摘要】 目的 :比较CT仿真内窥镜 (CTvirtualendoscopy ,简称CTVE)及纤维喉镜对喉部肿瘤的诊断结果 ,提高CTVE在喉部肿瘤诊断上的应用。方法 :依病理结果将喉部息肉、乳头状瘤、喉癌及正常者 6 0例分为 4组 ,分别比较CTVE及纤维喉镜对喉部肿瘤的诊断结果。运用统计学方法对结果进行分析、比较。结果 :CTVE和纤维喉镜检查对喉部息肉、喉部乳头状瘤及喉癌的诊断无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;灵敏度CTVE略低于纤维喉镜 ,漏诊率CTVE稍高于纤维喉镜 ,而特异度和误诊率二者相同。结论 :喉部CTVE是一种全新的无创伤性的检查喉部肿瘤的方法 ,其结果可与纤维喉镜相媲美 ,是纤维喉镜的很好的补充手段

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) with fibropic endoscopy in diagnosis of tumor of larynx and to improve the application of CTVE in diagnosing.Methods:Sixty cases including polyps of larynx,papilloma of larynx,carcinoma of larynx,and normal were classified into 4 groups by pathology.CTVE was compared with fibropic endoscopy in the diagnosis of tumor of larynx.The results were analyzed and compared with statistical program.Results:There were not statistical differences of diagnosis for polyps of larynx, papilloma of larynx, carcinoma of larynx between CTVE and fibropic laryngoscopy ( P >0.05).The sensitivity of CTVE was slightly lower and the ratio of missing diagnosis is slightly higher than fibropic endoscopy,but the peculiarity and mistakes are almost identical.Conclusion:CTVE is a new noninvasive method for inspecting the tumor of larynx, which is almost of the same diagnostic significance as fibropic laryngoscope and is a good complementary method to fibropic endoscopy.
