基于激光传感的轮对踏面擦伤及剥离检测

【摘要】 介绍一种自动检测铁路车辆轮对踏面擦伤和剥离的新方法。利用激光传感技术建立轮对踏面数字矩阵,通过Marr算子边缘检测、二维双线性插值和基于踏面局部外形分解的数据校正处理技术,在轮对动态过程中快速提取轮对踏面擦伤深度和剥离长度等特征信息,精确拟合出踏面状况并加以诊断。系统分析软件采用VC++和Matlab语言编程,功能包括踏面矩阵数据处理,擦伤和剥离的自动检测,二维、三维图形显示和打印等。该踏面擦伤和剥离检测技术经过现场应用验证了其有效性和实用性。

【Abstract】 A novel method for detecting the flats and the peeling of tread surface of the railway wheelsets is presented. A digital matrix reflecting the tread surface of wheelsets is established based on the laser sensors. The technique of the Man-edge detection, two dimension bilinear interpolation and the data modification according to the tread surface profile analysis are applied so that the flat depth and the peeling length can be detected quickly while the wheelsets are rotating. Accurately the status of the tread surface can be obtained and the failure can be diagnosed in time. The software is programmed by using the VC++ and the Matlab languages, which include the functions such as processing of the matrix for tread surface, detection of the flats and peeling, and the display of two or three dimension images of detection results. This proposed technique for detecting the flats and the peeling of the tread surface is applied actually in industry and is proven to be practical and efficient.
