【摘要】 为降低业务过程设计的风险,针对制造企业的特点,提出了基于资源约束的制造企业业务过程设计方法:以企业消耗性资源、非消耗性资源和信息资源为约束,根据客户对企业产品的要求倒推出过程活动和所需资源类型及数量,从而设计出可执行的业务过程方案。最后运用上述方法对某企业塑料灯罩生产业务过程设计进行了案例分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 To reduce the risk of business process design, aiming at manufacturing’s feature, a manufacturing business process design technique is developed, which is constrained by manufacturing resources such as renewable resources, nonrenewable resources and information resources. From the analysis of customer-requirement of products, the process activities as well as the type and quantity of the required resources are conversely deduced, which result in feasible business process design. Finally, the proposed technique is illustrated by a producing business process of plastic lampshade.更多还原
