产品可靠性的Bootstrap区间估计方法
METHOD OF BOOTSTRAP INTERVAL ESTIMATION FOR PRODUCT RELIABILITY
【摘要】 将Bootstrap估计方法引入到可靠性统计分析,提出了可靠性参数和特征量的Bootstrap区间估计方法;同时,通过对Bootstrap估计值进行纠偏处理,解决了小样本条件下Bootstrap区间估计的精度问题,并由此求得了某型航天电连接器可靠性模型参数的置信区间估计值。统计模拟的结果表明,经中位值纠偏求得的可靠性的置信区间,其估计精度能基本满足置信度的要求。
【Abstract】 Based on Bootstrap estimate method being introduced into the reliability statistical analysis, the Bootstrap interval estimate method of the reliability parameter and characteristic value is proposed. At the same time, by correcting the bias of the Bootstrap estimate value, the problem, i.e. Bootstrap interval estimate precision under the condition of small sample, is also solved, and the confidence interval estimate value of the reliability parameter for one type of aerospace electrical connector is obtained. From the result of statistical simulation computation, the estimate precision of reliability confidence interval is satisfied with the demand of confidence degree, where the bias is corrected by adopting median value technique.
