机械产品概念设计多层次混合映射功能求解框架
HIERARCHICAL FUNCTION SOLVING FRAMWORK WITH HYBRID MAPPINGS IN THE CONCEPTUAL DESIGN OF MECHANIVAL PRODUCTS
【摘要】 根据机械产品概念设计的特点,归纳总结了概念设计过程中普遍存在于功能、行为和载体之间的七种基本映射单元类型:通过建立不同基本映射单元类型之间的逻辑联系构造了多层次混合映射功能求解框架;讨论了该框架与现有功能求解模型之间的关系。以对服装行业中的功能需求——“结合面料”进行求解为例,对所提出的多层次混合映射求解框架的有效性进行说明。
【Abstract】 Seven types of primary mappings unit, which exist between functions, behaviors and carriers generally in conceptual design process, are identified according to the characteristics of the conceptual design of mechanical products. Hierarchical function solving framework with hybrid mappings is set up by establishing the logical relationships between different types of primary mappings unit. Three kinds of existing models for function solving in conceptual design are compared with the proposed framework. The function solving of "link cloth" in garment industry is used as a case study to show the effective of the proposed framework.
