【摘要】 经济全球化时代加强高校的德育创新势在必行。首先要更新德育观念 ,建立与经济全球化相适应的高校德育新理念 :灌输与渗透相结合 ,加强引导 ;从封闭的德育观转变为开放的教育观 ;强化全球意识 ,加强全球伦理教育。其次 ,高校德育创新应从几个方面入手 :加强高校德育内容的创新 ;加强高校德育方法的创新 ;加强高校德育体制的创新 ;加强高校德育工作队伍的建设 ;努力构建高校德育的“自育”模式 ,提高大学生的自律能力更多还原

【Abstract】 The economy globalization influnences all aspects of China’s social life such as the politics,econony,culture and ideology and moral education,and challenges to the model and way and content and institution of moral education and the moral teachers’ quality in China’s higher schools.Therefore,it is inevitable to strengthen the innovation of moral education in the universities in the era of economy globalization.First,the thought of moral education should be changed and a new view of that should be established to adapt to the economy globalization,namely is to finish the shift from the closed view of education to the open view of education ,etc.Second,the innovation lies in such aspects as belows:Strengthening the innovation of all aspects of moral education such as the content,the way and the institution etc,and strengthening to building a teacher team of moral education,and establishing a self building model of moral education to enhance the students’abilities of self governance.更多还原
