【摘要】 研究了利用石油深度催化裂解轻油经过磺化、烷基化、中和、干燥过程制备烷基芳基磺酸盐型表面活性剂的方法。实验过程中控制磺化温度 5 0～ 6 5℃、烷基化温度小于 30℃、中和温度小于 80℃ ,采用真空干燥 ,得到cmc表面张力 (2 0℃ )为 2 1mN/m的固体烷基芳基磺酸盐型表面活性剂。磺化剩余油可作为柴油调合组分。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preparation of alkaryl sulfonate surfactant from deeper catalytic cracking light gas oil (DCC LGO) were investigated by four steps: sulfonation at 5065 ℃; alkylation at less than 30 ℃; neutralization, and drying under vacuum. The surface tension of the product is 21 mN/m(20 ℃). The remained fraction of unsulfonated gas oil could be used as blend composition for diesel fuel oil.更多还原
