【Abstract】 Indole 3 propanoic acid was prepared through 2 steps, firstly by 3 substitution of indole, with acylic acid and acetic andyride under 9095 ℃ in 4 h, then by alkaline hydrolysis and acidation. The optimal conditions of hydrolysis were w (NaOH)=10%,7080 ℃,2 h, The total yield was 57.1 %.更多还原
