水溶性梳状共聚物超分散剂结构与其对水泥浆分散性能关系的研究
THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN STRUCTURE AND DISPERSING CAPABILITY OF WATER SOLUBLE COMB-TYPE COPOLYMER AS CEMENT SUPERPLASTICIZER
【摘要】 以聚氧乙烯甲基烯丙基二醚 (APEO n)、顺丁烯二酸酐 (MAn)、苯乙烯 (St)等为共聚单体 ,合成了一系列聚羧酸型水溶性梳状共聚物 ,研究了共聚物的结构、组成等对水泥浆分散性能的影响 ,进行了砂浆和混凝土实验。结果表明 ,超分散剂对水泥粒子的分散性能受接枝链的长度和密度影响 ,当接枝链长度为n =2 0~ 6 0、St的摩尔分数为 5 %~ 2 0 %时 ,分散性能良好 ;在掺量为w =2 .5 %时 ,混凝土实验减水率达 2 9% ,2 8d抗压强度达到 5 0MPa。
【Abstract】 As cement superplasticizer, a series of comb-type copolymers of water soluble polycarboxylic acid were synthesised by copolymerizing polyoxyethylene allyl methyl diether(APEO- n ), maleic anhydride(MAn), and styrene(St). The effects of structure and composition of copolymers on dispersing capability were studied, and the grout and concrete were tested. The results showed that the properties of superplastisizer were affected by the length and density of graft chain. The superplasticizer has excellent dispersing capability when the length of graft chain is n =2060 and the St%(mol) is 5%20%. The concrete test with addition of 0.25% comb-type copolymer superplasticizer gave water-reducing rate 29%, and compressive strength after 28 days 50 MPa.
