TiSiW12O40/TiO2催化合成氯乙酸酯的研究
CATALYTIC SYNTHESIS OF CHLOROACETATES WITH TiSiW12O40/TiO2 AS CATALYST
【摘要】 以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW12 O40 /TiO2 为多相催化剂 ,用乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、异戊醇分别和氯乙酸反应合成氯乙酸酯。实验表明 :TiSiW12 O40 /TiO2 是合成氯乙酸酯的良好催化剂 ,适宜反应条件为 :n (醇 )∶n(酸 ) =1.4∶1,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的 2 .0 % ,反应时间为 1.5~ 2 .0h。收率为氯乙酸乙酯 4 9.8% ,氯乙酸丙酯 70 .0 % ,氯乙酸丁酯 93.3% ,氯乙酸正戊酯 96 .1% ,氯乙酸异戊酯 92 .8%。催化剂可回收、再生、重复使用 5次。
【Abstract】 A series of chloroacetates were synthesized with TiSiW 12 O 40 /TiO 2 as catalyst from ethyl alcohol, propyl alcohol, n butyl alcohol, n amyl alcohol and iso amyl alcohol respectively with chloroacetic acid, and the reaction conditions were examined. The experimental results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as follows: molar ratio of alcohol to acid 1.4∶1, mass ratio of the catalyst used in the reactants 2.0%, and reaction time 2.0 h. Under these conditions, the yields are ethyl chloroacetate 49.8%, propyl chloroacetate 70.0%, n butyl chloroacetate 93.3%, n amyl chloroacetate 96.1%, and iso amyl chloroacetate 92.8%. The catalyst could be recovered and regenerated for reuse, its activities are almost unchanged while reused for five times.
