双曲柄双摆线行星传动的齿廓综合和啮合分析
Synthesis of tooth profile and mesh analysis on planetary drive with double-crank and double-cycloid
【摘要】 双曲柄双摆线行星传动不同于传统的摆线针轮传动,具有许多独特的优良性能,如传动比大、体积小、效率高,承载能力和使用寿命亦有显著提高,应用前景广阔。文中深入探讨了该型传动的齿廓形成和啮合机理。
【Abstract】 Planetary drive with double-crank and double-cycloid is different from the traditional drive of cycloidal pinwheel,it has many unique fine properties such as big transmission ratio,less volume,high efficiency and a remarkable enhancement in load bearing capacity and service life,and possesses broad applicational prospects.This paper probed deeply into the generation of tooth profile and meshing mechanism of this typed transmission.
